Ale Asylum: Located in Madison, Wisconsin: Ale Asylum is a wonderful Brewery and Restaurant. With great food and great beer the atmosphere cannot get any better here. With some amazing people on staff this is a must visit while in Madison!

Ale Asylum Tripel Nova: This is a great Belgian Ale here. With a light and fruity aroma and its golden yellow color this brew is a beautiful one. Its taste is of sweet light fruits including pears and apricots with some tangy Belgian yeast and buscuity malts. This is a light to medium body brew and it has a nice kick to it. With the ABV on 9.7% this beer creeps up on you, as the taste does not feel like its ABV is that high. A solid beer here and if you are in the state of Wisconsin give it a try!

Ale Asylum Ballistic IPA: This American style IPA has a wonderful citrus aroma and taste. With its strong bitter flavor you will know that you are drinking an IPA. Brewed with Amarillo hops, Ballistic IPA is a wonderfully balanced IPA that is not too strong or bitter. Great brew here and any IPA lover will enjoy this one.

Wisconsin Brewing: What a place to visit, it offers everything! With some Adirondack chairs outside as well as a few games you can play while enjoying some cold ones, Wisconsin Brewing is a great time. Head there with some friends and enjoy the tour and the festivities that go on after the tour and spend the day there!

American IPA: With a nice balance of flavors, this IPA is great. Citrus, grapefruit, and pine all find their way into the party with this brew. A solid balancing with some great malt action really creates one of my favorite IPA’s. Not too overpowering this is an IPA that can be enjoyed year round and if you can find it you gotta try it!

Zenith: This light colored Saison is perfect for the summer time! After trying this beer it occurred to me that this one may be my new favorite summer time brew. With its refreshing finish and wonderful taste the people at Wisconsin Brewing did an amazing job with this one. Not made year round Zenith is solely for those hot summer days out by the lake with your friends!

Stevens Point Brewery: Stevens Point, Wisconsin: Check out Stevens Point Brewery for a good time and a nice tour! Getting to see the brewery in action is a fun experience and the people at Stevens Point Brewery are great. Make sure you check their website for tours and be sure to wear closed toed shoes to be able to get on the tour!

Cascade Pale Ale: Using special top-fermenting yeast and a dry hopping process that is used for the American Pale Ale, this is a great brew. Using Cascade hops and Munich malts, this is a well balanced American Pale Ale that has a soft malt palate. With each flavor you get, you can tell that this brew was made with passion and they really did a great job!

Beyond The Pale IPA: A great IPA! Golden color with an amazing hop aroma this is a perfectly balanced IPA. With celestial hop flavor and a clean malt character this brew is balanced to perfection! Get it on draft or in bottles…This is a great IPA!
